By quantifiable measurement through a balanced scorecard, Silcotec came out on top of the FEI Company supply base in winning the Best Supplier Quality award. Having gone from a “Best New Supplier” to winning the quality award among key suppliers was quite an achievement and testament to the procedures and controls in place in order to ensure quality product is delivered.
