Silcotec was able to “Bust the Myth” within FEI that low voltage cable suppliers could not be good suppliers. Silcotec grew this account within 2 years to €1.5m through excelling at all aspects of account management by ramping up to the customers needs 6 months ahead of schedule.

FEI Award – Best new supplier 2009

By quantifiable measurement through a balanced scorecard, Silcotec came out on top of the FEI Company supply base in winning the Best Supplier Quality award. Having gone from a “Best New Supplier” to winning the quality award among key suppliers was quite an achievement and testament to the procedures and controls in place in order to ensure quality product is delivered.

FEI Award – Best Quality 2011

Silcotec proved consistency through operational excellence by winning its third award from FEI Company, and its second in the same category out of over 25 key suppliers. Stability and reliability in quality is of the upmost importance for Silcotec to meet the requirements of our customers critical technologies.

FEI Award – Best Quality 2012

Silcotec were invited to Boston to collect the award for Supplier Quality for Philips Healthcare and being partners in Growth. This great achievement was due to the consistent high performance and customer focus of the entire Silcotec Europe team.

Philips Healthcare Global Quality Award

Silcotec achieved the highest overall scorecard of key suppliers for Varian in 2009, this required Silcotec to achieve an “A” status in the scorecard for 12 months. The measurements of Quality, Delivery and a number of soft facts show Silcotecs company wide commitment to fulfilling the customers needs.
